Am I tied into a long-term contract?
No. We don't believe in tying you into a service for any longer than you want to use it. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Is the subscription recurring?
Yes. It is a monthly subscription that is automatically renewed every 30 days or a yearly recurring option that you pay for once per year. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use SnipeSwipe for the remainder of the month or year for which you have paid.
I purchased Snipe Points first, but now I want to subscribe. Will I get to keep my points?
Yes. We save your unused points when you sign up for a subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription, those points will then become available to you.
